They have always viewed themselves as capable and smart, but as they move into the "next chapter" of their lives (stepping up to middle/high school, heading off to college, or starting that great new position/job) it feels like too many things are changing all at once.
Relationships are shifting, school/work seems way more challenging, and the effort it takes to be your best and stand out feels harder than ever. Thoughts of failure and constant worry take over your day and creep into your night. Although you might be exhausted, it's harder to fall asleep and the daily emotional grind is taking its toll.

Is virtual or teletherapy suitable for me?
Therapy using a virtual platform (teletherapy) is a great fit if you are busy but motivated. Clients who are more involved and engaged during, and in between, sessions see the best results.
You can fit teletherapy into your schedule where you are. No need to fight crazy Texas traffic. All you need is a private space, with internet. Log in and the session starts.
